Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Made Tkauu, every piece is handcrafted in limited quantities in close collaboration with local weavers. Our slow-fashion, small-batch approach means we follow a mindful and considered returns process. Please read this policy carefully before reaching out.

Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

No Cash Refunds

Once sold, products are eligible for exchange (replacement) or a store credit note only. Requests must be raised within 15 days of receiving your order.

Products must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and unworn
In original condition, with all tags intact
Returned in original packaging
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Upon approval, a replacement (subject to availability) or a credit note will be issued. Exchanges are permitted once per order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Customised Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Products customised for size, fit, or design are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit note under any circumstances.
Replacement or credit note for damaged/incorrect items is subject to assessment and approval by our team.
Please note: Slight natural variations in colour, weave, or texture are inherent to handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects — they are a reflection of the artisan’s hand.

Return Shipping & Process

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. Made Tkauu is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us with your Order ID and reason for return before shipping anything back.
