Shipping & Order Policies

At Made Tkauu, our products are thoughtfully crafted in collaboration with local weavers from Odisha. We work in small batches to minimise waste and release our pieces as limited capsule collections. Please read this policy carefully before reaching out.

01 Order Processing & Pricing
  • Orders are prepared and packed within 2–3 working days after being placed.
  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on working days only — Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
02 Shipping & Delivery
India Shipping Only
  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • Shipping charges start at ₹150 or above, depending on product weight and delivery region.
  • We ship through verified logistics partners across India.
  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking / consignment number will be shared so you can track the shipment through the courier partner's website.
03 Delivery Attempts
  • Our delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect shipping details, the order may be returned to us.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, landmark, and contact number are accurate at checkout.
04 Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.
  • If your order has already been processed or confirmed, please contact us at ask.tkauu@gmail.com at the earliest.
  • Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
05 Customisation
  • For size or fit customisation requests, please email ask.tkauu@gmail.com.
  • Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to guide you through the process.
  • Customisation availability may vary by product.
06 Limited Availability

Due to small-batch production, certain products may sell out quickly. For out-of-stock or availability enquiries, please write to ask.tkauu@gmail.com.
